The supervisor really has an awful temper and speaks extremely rudely. No matter how you explain things, they are never satisfied. I don't know why Qianshan Pure Water's upper management is unaware of this department supervisor's problems?? They complain about this and that at their desk all day, and they do not even remember new employees' names—extremely rude. Also, the positive comments on this website must have been posted by the supervisor or the supervisor's associates to manipulate the reviews, because anyone who has worked there knows that this department has the highest turnover rate. It also seems that everyone merely maintains a superficial relationship with the supervisor. Believe me! No one could possibly praise it. On my first day, two of us started together, and I even witnessed someone being persuaded to quit. I don't believe all those people before us were persuaded to leave because they performed poorly?? They are simply deceiving people. The salary discussed during the initial interview was changed when we arrived: they said that unless we worked a certain number of days, we would be paid the minimum wage, and then required us to sign. Who would dare refuse to sign at that moment.... I also never expected to be told that I performed poorly and be persuaded to leave. Before being hired, I had seen the reviews from previous employees, but I was still attracted by the salary and took the job. That was my own foolishness. Money is important, but dignity is more important. For a job that shows no respect for people and interviews several people together, other than luring people with a high salary and then persuading them to leave, I don't know what else to say. I have had many jobs, and this is the first time I have posted a review. I hope no one else gets deceived. By the way, I did not apply for this job myself; they contacted me and asked me to come for an interview. A truly good job would not be filled so casually.
