Pros
None! You can be happy—except for making friends, haha!!
Cons
The annual meeting just has to be held on a holiday—no overtime pay and no time off in lieu. HR will even deliberately turn off the attendance machine so people can't clock in!! If you're going, please think it through carefully. Overtime is expected!!
