(You absolutely must read this!!! If you don't, and then get hired by Sun-Link International, don't blame your seniors for not warning you.)
(Up until I left, I was still seeing applicants coming in. Guys and gals, what were you thinking?
No matter how bad the food is, I still wouldn't go eat at DaX~)
All right, the main text:
After reading so many websites about interviews and sharing work experiences, I used to leave comments about my job-hunting interviews on websites.
Besides keeping a record for myself, it could also give future readers some reference,
but this is honestly the first time I've thought this carefully about what to write.
I really wonder why Tianyan only lets you choose “good,” “average,” or “bad.”
I strongly suggest adding an option with the slogan “Coming here is basically signing up to die,”
or having the website automatically notify the Labor Department when it collects 20 “bad” ratings.
Because in this busy society,
who has the time to write these long essays here after work or after resigning, leaving them for future generations?
Just look at the comments below and you'll know how much this company is “loved,” right?
And here, as long as you've been here for more than three months, you're a !SEN!IOR!EM!PLOYEE!
Because everyone else either couldn't stand the chairman or was laid off.
I once watched a video that said: “Do you know how to destroy trust and harmony in a company the fastest in a single day?”
“Layoffs.”
Without first thinking about the people who were laid off, think about this: what message do the people who kept their jobs receive from the company?
“This is not a meritocratic company. We don't care about your abilities, and we don't care how hard you work. We only care about the numbers.”
After watching that video, I really wanted to share it in the chairman's LINE group,
but I'm not that stupid.
It's not that I'm afraid of being fired.
It's that she simply won't listen.
She's not deaf, but she can only hear her own voice.
What?!
You say I'm supposed to write about the advantages in this section?
Oh, sorry, I forgot,
because these two words don't exist in this company's dictionary.
,
All right, I really do love my coworkers. We forged a bond through the revolution, and I'll miss you all a little.
【If making money from employees' criticisms were possible, Sun-Link International would definitely be a tycoon】
Those of you who haven't commented yet might not be able to see the system's prompt.
It says: “Think about what else this company could improve.”
Uh... are you asking me not to sleep for three days and three nights?
OK, here we go.
.
1. The person with the biggest problem at this company is the chairman, and everything I'm about to say will also be about her.
2. From the very interview, she gives off an imperious, self-centered attitude. That alone isn't even the worst part; at the end she throws out: “Congratulations, you've been hired, but if your performance isn't good, I'll fire you immediately!”
3. Meetings are just like direct-sales conventions. Everyone, repeat after me: “Practice in real situations”~. Now, you tell me, what does “practice in real situations” mean?
You have to have guts like me—unstoppable in attack and unbeatable in battle.
4. After a major exhibition ended, once she decided that someone's expertise was no longer useful, she laid them off the very next day. Before the exhibition, she praised them every day: “You guys are doing so great~! Our company's results are this good because of you.”
You've heard of burning the bridge after crossing it, right?
5. No matter which department you're in, whenever she gets a sudden whim, she'll order you to move merchandise.
You didn't hear wrong: this isn't Sun-Link International Exhibitions, it's Sun-Link Moving Company.
From the company to the warehouse, to Xizhi, to Banqiao; from daytime, to afternoon, to getting home at midnight.
6. The day before Lunar New Year's Eve: “Everyone can rest at home tomorrow~ There's not much left to do before the New Year.”
(Sorry, it's unpaid; otherwise you have to use your own compensatory leave.)
7. Complaining that other people have too much compensatory leave: “Hey, so-and-so~ Arrange your schedule for February. Take two days off a week and hurry up and use your compensatory leave.”
8. She'll also suddenly tell you to change seats. Are we playing musical chairs? Are all our seats empty? Is this a low-season travel mega-sale where you put on a backpack and leave whenever you want?
If your luck is bad, you might change seats as many as three times in one month.
(For those still waiting for a replacement, stop decorating your seats. It's useless; once you're told to change seats, you'll know how superfluous all that stuff is.)
9. She has no idea what she wants: “Hey, everyone, come over and help~ Move this over there. Hmm, maybe over there would be better. What do you think? Tell the vendor to make 20. Uh, maybe 15 is better.”
“Oh my, I don't even know what I'm saying.” (I'm not exaggerating—she actually said this. I laughed so hard XD.)
10. She FIRES or drives away the designers, planners, strategic alliance staff, and tender-project staff who have worked there for a long time and are familiar with the system, then hires new people a few days later, complains that they work slowly and produce too little, says the company needs to downsize, and continues laying people off.
Then why the hell did you hire people in the first place? I'm at a loss.
11. She sells her own things at exhibitions. When a customer wanted to buy something, she actually snatched it back and said: “Sorry, I'm not selling this. I like it. I'm the chairman, so what I say goes.” ................... (Ha
12. She always says: “You should learn from me. Look how well I run this company. I had complete control of this exhibition, which is why we got such good results.”
Did you really clean the earwax out of your ears?
13. I sincerely believe that she considers talent worthless and doesn't know how to cultivate it. Even if you're currently sitting on a fortune, you'll ultimately still head toward ruin.
There are plenty more unforgivable things, but if I keep writing, it'll be morning.
Everyone, show the same chain-message spirit you use when ordering drinks.
Keep protecting more young saplings!
Finally, let's chant a slogan together:
Join Sun-Link, and every day is Lunar New Year!
I love Sun-Link, forever and ever!
