丞聯農產股份有限公司
Pros

1. Very occasionally—perhaps it depends on the batch, or only when you first enter the product area—you may get to eat fruit.

2. Employees do not receive any special discounts when making purchases. The only thing I can say is that you know when the items you buy were received, so you know how fresh they are.

3. Supervisors occasionally treat everyone to a meal (salespeople earn over a million annually, compared with sales assistants earning minimum wage per month, haha).

Cons

First, to clarify, my position is sales assistant.

1. Overtime is based on a responsibility system, with no additional pay. Sometimes arranging shipments or waiting for a product to arrive can keep you at work three hours past the end of your shift—it is entirely possible.

2. Weekend overtime is also unpaid.

3. The one-hour lunch break means obediently sitting in the office on standby. Most people order delivery. If you go out too often or take a nap at your desk in the afternoon, people will gossip about you.

4. Long-serving employees often conceal documents sent from headquarters, such as estimated arrival times, making it difficult to arrange your work.

For example:

(1) They clearly know that a large shipment will arrive tomorrow but do not say anything. Since overtime is based on a responsibility system, this can suddenly force you to cancel your after-work plans.

(2) When long-serving employees know there is nothing to do, they come to the office late, or go out around noon for a long time and return just before the end of the workday.

5. Even after working for ten years, you will not receive any annual leave, nor will it be converted into money for you. If you argue with the company, you will be forced out.
