None—put bluntly, there really are no advantages.
I suggest not coming here to work as an assembly technician or warehouse worker.
It’s a terrible job. The team leader is difficult to get along with and manages people by yelling at them.
It’s absolutely ridiculous—they only had you working for a few days before treating you like a dog and yelling at you....
This company has no SOPs; everything depends on figuring it out yourself, doing it yourself, and remembering it yourself.
I hope I’m the last new hire.
I hope no one else comes after me and wastes their time like I did...
I also asked some experienced employees there, and apparently many people before me mistakenly fell into this trap...
It’s just that this company has no negative reviews, and I feel I have the right to let others know
what’s bad about it...
That’s why there are more foreign workers than Taiwanese employees, and new hires don’t stay for more than a month.
The supervisors claim that salaries are confidential and don’t dare let employees discuss them with one another.
