The HR representative was friendly.

1. Before the interview, you have to fill out many questions, such as giving six examples of traits you admire in a person you look up to. After finishing, you don't know what it was for.

2. During the interview, you have to complete a test. The questions are about arithmetic and Newton's three laws of motion, which are completely unrelated to the position, and they don't explain how these subjects would be applied.

3. The interviewing manager just writes in a small notebook while asking for your opinions on how the position and products could be improved. They make no effort to engage in a discussion with you. After analyzing everything, they only tell you that you understand the company's products very well, without explaining what the position involves. It feels like they are asking interviewees to provide optimization ideas.

4. In the end, I only received a response saying that I was merely a temporary choice and had not been selected. I was completely stunned.
