There will be two interviews in total. The first will be an interview with a designer from the Marketing and Design Department, along with filling out basic information and a 10-question questionnaire, mainly focusing on logic and English translation.
During the interview with the interviewer from the Design Department, you will first be asked to introduce yourself. The interviewer will then describe the company’s design work. In addition to graphic and web design, the company also has extensive venue setup needs for lectures, photography courses, product launches, and so on.
The second interview will be with the vice president. You will likewise be asked to introduce yourself, after which the vice president will ask you several questions based on your self-introduction. The process is quicker than the first interview.
I was not hired because my current employer requires too long a transition period before I can leave.
