The company environment is good, and there are many foreign-language books available for reference.
The company has absolutely no system or structure to speak of, and there is no limit to working hours. Previously, staying until after 9 p.m. was considered normal. Even leaving work early meant having to gauge the boss’s mood (which was extremely unpleasant). If you wanted to take leave, you had to nervously ask the boss whether it was okay, as if the boss were an emperor.
A long time ago, a colleague wanted to go on vacation to Japan but didn’t dare say so, and had no choice but to resign directly.
The boss even said: “That person wasn’t worth hiring!” (in Taiwanese)
Also, the work pressure there is extremely high. Those who want to learn design and have strong stress tolerance can go.
