If you're applying for an operator position, you can read my review.
Let's start with the money.
The salary structure is basically a joke.
The monthly base salary is NT$23,800 plus more than NT$2,000 in work allowance.
No meals are provided.
The company never pays overtime.
They make it sound impressive by saying the annual bonus is two months' salary, but that's actually just your monthly salary withheld and paid at the end of the year...
That means your monthly income is around NT$30,000, with no annual bonus and no meals provided....
There's also a probationary period; if you're deemed unsuitable after three months, you're immediately out.
As for HR, they ask a lot of questions. They ask way too many questions—from your inner uterus all the way to outer space.
They also look down on young people and clearly have no respect for them.
They constantly make barbed comments, saying things like young people can't stick with a job and want to leave after a year or two.
Then they say that the people who leave do so because the pay and benefits aren't good enough.
Aren't you basically mocking your own company's poor compensation and benefits? Hello?
All in all, is it worth staying?
Forget it. Even the stingy gas station next door has benefits that blow this place out of the water.
