Cons
The boss lives nearby and was still late for the interview, and his mother came along too (definitely a mama's boy).
Interview: Store staff. Right from the start, they asked us, “Tell me about yourself,” “Why do you want to apply for this job?” and “What about your experience?”
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience. It felt a bit like being interrogated, or like going on a blind date with someone who acts superior.
Back to the main point: I applied for a monthly-salary store staff position, but was told that the company initially hires everyone on an hourly basis (although the working hours are eight hours a day, from 12:00 to 20:00), and only those who perform well are promoted to regular employees.....
After the discussion ended, I was also asked, “Please write down what you said in the interview just now in the blank space on your résumé.” At that moment, I was.......... (Sir, you need to buy a voice recorder!)
Then his mother stepped in! She asked me to let her take my photo!!!!! (Apparently, every applicant is asked to do this....)
Overall, ridiculous.
Of course, I wasn't hired. Even if I had been, I would have turned him down!!!
