The colleagues are very easy to get along with (or maybe I just happened to meet good colleagues?), and we often talk, laugh, and cry together.

They are quite generous with year-end bonuses.

I worked there for a little over a year.

It is a family business with serious internal divisions. Many pieces of equipment are shared, and no one wants to take responsibility. There are many employees, including foreign employees. Later, the workload increased significantly because the boss took on other business, and I left because I could no longer handle it. Note: the starting salary is not high!
