1. Coffee capsules and milk to your heart’s content (if that counts as a benefit..)
2. Colleagues are easy to get along with (although, of course, there are some who aren’t)
3. As long as you stay for three months, you can tell people outside the company that you’re a senior employee (at other companies, you generally have to stay for over a year before you might be considered senior)
4. Fingerprint recognition is great (probably because I’m a worldly bumpkin, so I find this really exciting)
5. Other: I’ve already squeezed out the four points above. Stop forcing me!!!!
1. Coffee capsules and milk to your heart’s content—this is a benefit for the employees on the 11th floor. As for employees working in the office on the 4th floor, they have to pay for them (I heard it’s 10 dollars). I agree with the principle that users should pay, since there are occasional maintenance costs to cover. It’s just that the same company has two different sets of rules—is that really right...
2. Colleagues are easy to get along with because you may not have gotten to know them well before either you or they resign or are laid off, hehe..
3. The turnover rate is extremely high. People who resign on their own usually can’t stand someone’s or a supervisor’s unreasonable behavior. As for those who are laid off... it’s hard to say. Usually, if someone wants to lay you off, you’re laid off; only a small number are let go because of their work ability. So three months counts as being a “senior employee.”
4. Fingerprint recognition really is great, but if you’re going to an exhibition venue, remember to clock in at the company first. Otherwise, if your clock-in at the venue doesn’t register, sometimes you’ll be unfairly docked pay.
5. The supervisors have no sense of responsibility, are disorganized, and don’t know how to assign work. They’re even less capable of handling someone’s unreasonable demands. They just blindly agree, then tell you not to do it that person’s way and to do it their way instead. When that person discovers you didn’t follow her instructions, the supervisor won’t step in and say that they told you to do it that way. While you’re being yelled at, the supervisor just pretends it has nothing to do with them. Afterward, they come out and say things like that person is ridiculous to comfort you! They’re the most useless supervisors I’ve ever seen, and the most skilled at sucking up!
6. Most of the company’s rules are fake, but whenever something happens, they’ll say everything is being handled according to the rules. The company itself is the one that follows the rules the least.
7. Other: I won’t say much more. All I can say is, think carefully before joining. If your ass-kissing skills haven’t reached god-tier, truly, don’t join—no matter how good your work ability is, don’t, because this company really doesn’t care about your work ability...
