Most colleagues are quite friendly.
1. Full-time employees not only receive no overtime pay, but also get no compensatory time off, and are expected to start meetings early all the time.
2. We work at least one hour of overtime every day, and sometimes even more than 2–3 hours. If you’re not willing to work for free, definitely don’t come.
3. Part-time workers have it even worse: they receive no labor or health insurance and are paid in cash directly. Unless you’re extremely short of money, don’t come either.
4. Labor inspectors have already come several times, but has anything improved? Who knows~
5. Meetings are all about taking turns criticizing internal employees. You don’t get overtime pay and still get criticized—it’s a work environment you can only endure if you have an exceptionally strong tolerance for being exploited.
6. Breaks for meals are also very short, and the working environment is terrible.
7. Conclusion: Unless you’re completely out of options, definitely don’t come.
