Pros
We had an enjoyable conversation, and they decided to hire me. The process was fast.
The first stage was with the department manager, and the second stage was with the chairman. The questions focused quite practically on my work experience, and I felt that they were very experienced.
Cons
The questions were sharp and went straight to the point.
