If you can deliver strong performance or bring in business, the boss is very willing to share the benefits. For example, the company’s performance and profits are clear at a glance in meetings.
Cons
The company as a whole is somewhat aging, with few young people. The boss currently seems a little directionless and does not know where to take the company.
