Pros

The employees are all very uncomplicated.

One meal is provided (even if it spans two meal periods, it still counts as one meal).

Cons

Because the employees are very uncomplicated,

we are all treated like idiots by the supervisors.

There is a Supervisor Zhang who is very emotional and speaks sarcastically.

After talking with other colleagues,

I found that many of them also dislike him.

Being in the same space with him is quite stressful (the other colleagues feel the same way).

Sometimes he even makes things seem unnecessarily complicated.

When asking about leave or benefits, you cannot get a clear answer;

everything is explained very vaguely.

He was also the only supervisor I could not get along with.

The company’s benefits depend on the supervisors at each hotel.

As for Fumei, I do not think they are very good.

The salary is essentially built up through time and workload (the company follows a lean staffing model).

There are no year-end parties or spring banquets,

and the year-end bonus depends on performance.

The work is complicated.

Fumei Hotel and Xumei Hotel are across from each other,

and occasionally it is necessary to travel between the two.

In addition, there is a rental suite in Datong District,

so there are three locations to handle in total.

Some of the equipment and supplies in the hotels are rather old,

and guests often complain about the soundproofing.

Most of the supervisors there were promoted from the front desk,

but the positions are generally tightly restricted,

and few front desk employees stay for long (there was even an incident in which the entire day and night shifts resigned collectively).
