Lunch boxes are provided; it is very suitable for people who want to coast toward retirement
A company with absolutely no systems whatsoever. People who do no work are completely at ease, while those who do work face a severely uneven distribution of responsibilities. There is no overtime pay and no year-end bonus. Last year, I received only one NT$1,000 bonus for the entire year, for the Mid-Autumn Festival; the boss is an extremely immature adult. Basically, meetings consist of listening to him talk by himself. Any positive opinion that does not align with his intentions is viewed as hostile; there are not many people in the company, yet the various departments have formed all kinds of cliques, and they love gossiping about one another. It is a company that is rotten from the top down; it is full of relatives and cronies—just look at those who do no work yet live well. Although the types of work are categorized, do not expect to receive any professional respect. The veterans only talk about the old days and praise themselves. Anyone considering an interview should think carefully. Just last month, employees were forced to take their annual leave (if the company makes employees use annual leave, it does not have to report it; those without annual leave or who did not want to use it were forced to take unpaid leave, and were even told that if they were dissatisfied, they would be laid off). Basically, there is hardly any business left; they are merely struggling to keep up appearances.
You can tell how this company views professionals just by looking at the qualifications required for the job posting
