The environment is good and clean.
The company has no system and no benefits; everything is decided by the boss. The boss is extremely rude to employees and loudly berates them, almost every day. They often hold meaningless meetings just before noon or shortly before the end of the workday, wasting time, and there is no overtime pay, so it is truly a waste of time. If the boss does not like you, they will use a bad excuse to tell you to leave. They also make things difficult for employees who are about to resign, so no one can part on good terms. The company has a high turnover rate, with the average employment period being less than three months. The atmosphere at work is unpleasant every day.
