No advantages, except that the company is conveniently located—about a 5–10-minute walk from Dapinglin Station.
The company approached me for an interview, but when it came time to discuss salary, they used “no relevant work experience” as an excuse to lowball me. Then why did they invite me to interview in the first place?!

Also, during the interview, they kept asking about the benefits and policies at my previous company, while glossing over their own benefits and policies. It felt like a company that pretends to be American-style but is actually a traditional Taiwanese company.
