The interview was very simple
1. The benefits are terrible. Typhoon days are unpaid, there is no group insurance, and you only get three days of leave after working there for six months. They only follow the Labor Standards Act. Taking sick leave results in a NT$1,000 deduction from your perfect attendance bonus, and being late also results in a NT$1,000 deduction.
2. The general manager is impractical and ungrounded. When sales are poor, marketing is told to distribute products. In addition to being responsible for monitoring sales performance—which should be the responsibility of the sales supervisor—marketing also has to pack goods in the warehouse and visit clients. Marketing handles every miscellaneous task, including processing returns and repairing products.
3. The chief marketing officer is not responsible for sales performance and has no practical channel experience. They just tell subordinates to do everything. The chief marketing officer has no ideas and no understanding, and does not need to care about performance at all.
4. The entire company uses paper-based processes, and people shout loudly in the noisy office.
5. Employees have to take turns being the duty person and help send faxes and turn off the printer.
6. The company has no systems at all.
7. In this family business, they do not let you know anything. When they tell you to do something, you just do it.
8. It is suitable for people who are very obedient, compliant, and inexperienced.
9. They will cut your salary.
