Pros
The boss treats you to some snacks.
Cons
During the interview, they will paint you a grand vision, but the actual work has nothing to do with it. The company has no systems in place whatsoever, and they frequently dump all sorts of pointless tasks on you at the last minute.
The old-timers love putting on airs and spreading the boss’s words out of context.
In short, don’t go.
