Pros
The boss treats you to some snacks.
Cons
During the interview, they give you a lot of grand visions, but they have no connection to the actual work you’ll be doing. The company has no systems in place whatsoever, and they’ll suddenly assign you all kinds of pointless tasks.
Long-time employees like to put on airs and spread the boss’s words around recklessly.
In short, don’t go.
