1. You can receive an average of 10,000–15,000 in tips each month, but you have to hand them over to the company. The company will pay you $3,000 on the 15th, provided that you have not been late or violated company regulations.

For part-time employees

1. Extremely exploitative—all the tips you hand over are withheld.

2. When it is busy, they will call you in to work even if you are on vacation; when it is not busy, they will aggressively cut your shifts.

For full-time employees

1. Promotions always go to the company’s favorites, so you either have to be someone brought in by a manager or be very good at ingratiating yourself and showing off.

2. If the company is busy, you cannot take time off. Even if you have menstrual pain, they will tell you to take medicine or get a painkilling injection.

For both part-time and full-time employees

1. Managers act according to their moods. When they are in a bad mood, they will randomly single people out and scold them.

2. When mistakes are made, managers push the blame down the chain, making you take the fall for them.

3. Meals are served in private rooms with no surveillance cameras, so you may be sexually harassed.

4. Customers smoke cigarettes and cigars in the private rooms. If you have respiratory problems, it is recommended that you do not apply.

5. Breaks and end times depend on when customers leave; some customers stay until 1 or 2 a.m.

6. During the off-season, you will basically still have to do cleaning work.

7. The company’s policies spoil the customers. They may even drive intoxicated customers home, and if a drunk customer hits you, management will simply brush it off.

8. Managers will target certain employees. If you are unfortunately targeted, you can only wait until someone else becomes the next target.
