Many of the long-term employees are very nice. There isn't much workplace competition, so there's no motivation.

The boss is not committed to running the business, and there is insufficient working capital. The managers they hire are all exploitative.

Operationally, the company looks like it is about to fail. Although it is supposedly in the hardware industry, it has become a trading company.

The company's products lack professionalism. On average, 10 employees leave every six months.

Employees who have been here for 10 years earn less than 30K.

Those who joined later were also hired because the company was short-staffed. As long as they asked for a salary, it was not low, but they all just stayed on while looking for another job.

The beer department is losing money, the hardware department is breaking even, and the fruit department makes only a small profit.

There are currently 50–60 employees; the figure of 200 people without online registration was from 10 years ago.

If you want to gain work experience, you are welcome to join—but you can change jobs after three years.

If you are ambitious, I suggest you don't waste your time. No one will listen to your suggestions.
