Many of the long-term employees are very nice. There isn't much workplace competition, so there's no motivation.

The owner isn't committed to running the business, and there isn't enough working capital. The managers they've hired are all exploitative.

Operationally, it looks like the company is about to fail. Although it is supposedly in the hardware industry, it has already become a trading company.

The company's products lack sufficient expertise. On average, 10 employees leave every six months.

Employees who have been there for 10 years earn less than 30K.

Those who joined later were offered relatively high salaries because the company was short-staffed, but they still just stay temporarily while looking for better opportunities.

The beer department is losing money, the hardware department is breaking even, and the fruit department makes only a small profit.

The claim that there are 50–60 current employees, or 200 employees registered online, is outdated—it was true 10 years ago.

If you’re ambitious, I suggest you don’t waste your time. No one will listen to your suggestions.
