They do not ask too many questions when you take leave
The manager does not really supervise your work
Cons
Extremely frequent business trips
The manager has no authority to manage matters
Project management is a complete mess
The boss has the final say on everything
No promotion system
Salaries are adjusted every year, but it feels no different from being given alms
The environment is messy
The company favors certain highly educated employees
