Sometimes you get to eat side dishes when having a meal with the boss (?)
1. A family business; most of the people there are the boss’s own people. You won’t get credit for achievements, but you will be blamed for mistakes…
2. Communication between management and employees often causes problems; the supervisors need to improve their communication skills.
3. There is no overtime pay. The company won’t keep you at the office, but you will often need to conduct online testing and development after going home and on holidays.
4. Don’t expect to receive quarterly bonuses or dividends; they have all been divided among other people.
