Working hours are very fixed: you start at 8:30 a.m. and finish at 5:30 p.m. When the time comes, the boss will even hurry you out of work.
On the surface, the boss and the boss’s wife seem very nice, but in reality, this company is completely useless for anyone who wants to work in marketing.
Because the bosses come from design backgrounds and know nothing about marketing, this place is hell for anyone who wants to do marketing.
The bosses won’t listen to what you say and will constantly pile tasks onto you, but these tasks are fundamentally impossible to do well because they have neither a core product value nor a core brand value.
The company’s product-market positioning is unclear, yet employees are expected to take responsibility. I recommend not wasting your time at a company like this.
The company has an extremely high turnover rate, which shows that its management has serious problems.
