It is a small company that handles printing and regularly takes on booth setup projects for the Golden Horse Awards. The owner is a nice person; during the interview, they explained the company's policies and showed me around the workplace. Photos from employee trips are displayed on the company walls, showing the owner's thoughtfulness. The compensation consists of a base salary of NT$24,000, a perfect-attendance bonus of NT$2,000, and a work bonus of NT$1,000. Fuel subsidies can be requested, and overtime is paid.
1. Overtime can run late, and sometimes requires nighttime construction work. Those who cannot accept this may want to look elsewhere.
2. The company is located in an alley and can be difficult to find, so it is recommended to ask for directions before going.
