"Certain" (a very small number of) managers are pretty good, and working with them is fairly pleasant.
The building is very high-end, especially the restrooms.
A family business—very frightening. Please think it through carefully.
Unspoken overtime with no overtime pay. However, if unfinished work is discovered, someone will rush out of the office to question you.
Personally, I think the benefits are so-so. However, a superior once said that this building is quite good because access requires a keycard, so the Labor Insurance Bureau won't conduct surprise inspections to check whether employees are working overtime (smart people should understand what I mean).
Taking leave is fraught with difficulties, yet they are unwilling to pay employees in lieu of leave (you could say they don't comply with the Labor Standards Act).
Responsibilities are poorly defined; whoever is the weakest gets scolded.
