Suitable for retirement, honing your character, and accumulating good deeds!
Once you go in and come out, you'll be an invincible iron warrior!
An environment where even foreign workers can't endure staying.
Let me elaborate on the pros and cons of the company:
1. The salary and benefits system is a class-based world of nobles and commoners. Once you join, don't even dream of getting a raise or promotion—it is simply impossible. The company has 11 sales employees whose base salary of 40,000 is guaranteed, excluding subsidies for meals, fuel, entertainment expenses, and so on; as for the rest of the employees, you have to work yourself to death, and taking even one day off means a major deduction from your salary. Keep drawing the base salary until retirement!
2. Selfish managers: Really, extremely selfish. Getting rid of someone they are dissatisfied with is incredibly easy. Sorry, personnel transfers aren't handled by HR; they're handled by the managers of each department. And the managers don't manage anything—they only care about collecting their high salaries.
3. Family business: After reading the first two points, this one should be easy to understand. Senior management positions are all occupied, so getting promoted is just a pipe dream.
4. Workplace bullying happens every day: It's not enough to simply finish and do your own work well. The manager will deliberately nitpick and make trouble out of nothing, then use a pile of inexplicable issues to tell you that you're unsuitable, lack commitment, aren't proactive, can't learn, and so on—putting down your self-esteem in all kinds of ways. Manipulation, false accusations, backstabbing, and shifting blame are commonplace. If you think you have a strong heart, you're welcome.
5. Cliques, infighting, rumors, and ostracism are the norm. On the other hand, after honing yourself in this company, no one will be able to match your scheming skills.
6. Extremely high turnover: Within one year, quality control changed hands four times; administration three times; graphic design four times; and two people left the production floor in one month.
A total of 13 people—pretty impressive. (Later, I heard that another five people left the production floor.)
7. Clock in when you start work; take responsibility when you leave. Overtime pay... they say it exists, but I've never received any.
8. Sour faces—something you have to see every day. All they do is give you a sour look.
9. The biggest feature: There are loads of treacherous people.
Summary: No matter which position you take at this company, you'll encounter the situations described above, and the job security is low.
