Pros
The advantage is that there is less overtime.
Cons
People at this company really like forming cliques and engaging in bullying. Usually, the people who lead the bullying are those who are more popular. They take the lead in constantly badmouthing someone and getting everyone to exclude that person. Once the person can no longer take it and resigns, they start targeting another victim, and the cycle continues.
