Pros
The advantage is that there is less overtime.
Cons
People at this company love forming cliques and bullying others. The people who usually lead the bullying are well-liked, spreading rumors about others and getting everyone to exclude the targeted person. Once that person can no longer take it and resigns, they start targeting another victim, and the cycle continues.
