1. An automotive glass traditional industry; the internal staff are basically all very nice and generally do not put on airs.
2. The company was established a very long time ago. Although it is a sunset industry, it is not likely to collapse overnight.
3. The company follows rules and regulations very closely. It provides nearly everything stipulated by the Labor Standards Act, so there is no need to worry about basic rights being compromised.
1. Very rigid, with relatively little flexibility.
2. The company premises are old and are not considered a modern office building.
3. Employees must wear uniforms to work.
4. Poor cross-departmental communication and coordination; many departments like to pass the buck.
5. Reformists and traditionalists may come into conflict, but this is limited to senior management and does not affect frontline employees.
