The owner's wife speaks rudely and behaves improperly, even falsely accusing others and spreading rumors. The head chef fired someone arbitrarily without clearly explaining the rules. There are also issues of workplace sexual harassment and arbitrarily clocking other people in or out.

In short, this is a terrible company. If anyone wants to join this establishment, all I can say is good luck, because they simply do not treat you like a human being—they treat you like a dog. They refuse to pay overtime and use a so-called responsibility system instead to cover up this lie.
