I interviewed for the Brand Manager position and arrived early. Two female managers came in later; one of them left first. The original salary was already above 50,000, as clearly stated on 104. Then the other female manager told me the salary was at most 48,000, which is 5,000 less than my current salary. I clearly told her I could not accept that, but she still asked me to go back and write two copywriting samples as a test. I sent them, but the experience felt really terrible. Could you please check how much the original salary listed on 104 was?
