Honestly, there really aren't any...
1. I had no previous experience working in e-commerce and wasn't someone who frequently shopped online. From my very first and second days, they kept rushing me to learn everything immediately, throwing me into the deep end without any time to catch my breath. Here, one person basically has to manage several online platforms. If you work even a little slowly, the boss's wife will keep urging you on.
2. The boss is a clean freak and also really hates the smell of cigarettes. When using the restroom, you're expected to leave it clean and not make a mess.
3. The coworkers aren't bad people; it's just that they're all so busy they have no time to pay attention to you.
4. Working there is like working in a warehouse: the space is cramped, and goods are constantly being moved in and out around you.
5. I originally applied for a purchasing position, but it turned into a sales position.
