Even when an interview time has been arranged, you still need to call to confirm it. There is only one manager conducting interviews at the company. When I went for the first time, he had actually forgotten about the scheduled interview. Fortunately, he had not gone out yet; otherwise, I might have made the trip for nothing.
Regarding the work:
The essential requirements are as follows (graphic design and advertising planning):
(1.) You must be able to recover corrupted PSD or AI files (essential; otherwise, you will be considered unprofessional).
(2.) You must be able to enlarge an image at 72 DPI and approximately 200 × 200 pixels several times without losing sharpness, and the edges of the enlarged and edited image must not be jagged (essential skill; otherwise, you will be considered unprofessional).
(3.) You must know how to use the Color Balance window, which is only available when opening Photoshop through AI (otherwise, you will be considered unprofessional).
(4.) You must be able to explain the functions and production process to people who have never learned Photoshop, as well as concepts such as why enlarging a 72 DPI image causes distortion.
(5.) More suitable solutions will not necessarily be adopted, so you need to have tremendous patience and the ability to withstand pressure.
