1. The boss focuses on the matter, not the person.
2. Good environment, with lots of plants.
3. Since it is a marketing company, you can be exposed to many different industries.
1. Overtime under a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay.
2. Working hours differ from those of typical companies—with a large number of days violating the Labor Standards Act.
3. Low salary, but the boss gives raises based on work performance.
4. There are many plants used as decorations in the company, but employees must take care of them. If a plant dies as a result, the employee must compensate the company.
5. The company has a lot of clutter.
