Pros
1. The supervisor is polite and experienced
2. They give you a magazine for free
3. The HR staff are very friendly
Cons
1. The supervisor has no real authority; even the type of person to hire must be decided by the company president
2. The company president wanted to hire someone with extensive experience but did not make this clear at the beginning. There were multiple rounds of presentations and interviews, which wasted a great deal of time, only for them to say in the end that they wanted someone with more experience
