Cons
The boss has a bad temper, likes to berate people, frequently changes what they say, and takes out their anger on others. They impose many pointless rules for managing the company and require all kinds of reporting regardless of the time of day. There is no overtime pay or compensatory leave, and sometimes no lunch break is provided.
The turnover rate is extremely high, and they also place a strong emphasis on appearance
