You don't need to fill out a résumé when you arrive for the interview, which is about the only advantage.
The interview process went through three rounds. Before even joining the company, they wanted the applicant to help solve problems. The first interview was conducted by a sales representative, who said that as long as I made it to the second round, I could decide for myself whether to accept the offer even if the boss did not have time to interview me. During the second interview, the sales representative said they hoped to conduct a third interview and gave me his email address, saying that if I found information about relevant problems, I could email it to him. I did not contact him again. I figured that if they did not reach out to schedule another interview, I would simply leave it at that.
The third interview was not arranged until several days after the Lunar New Year. It was conducted by the boss, who likewise asked about problems encountered with the products and asked me to provide some ideas.
A company with a staff of seven conducted three rounds of interviews, and the content of all three rounds was almost entirely aimed at extracting professional advice or knowledge from the applicant. They claimed they wanted to assess your abilities, but in reality they treated the job application process as a free database.
Personally, I would not recommend that job seekers go to this company. This is my sincere advice.
