Pros
Low work pressure; basically no overtime now.
Salary is above the industry average.
Colleagues are generally highly capable.
Cons
The parent company is not profitable, and Taipei is essentially being left to fend for itself. We need to support ourselves.
The product currently lacks breakthroughs and direction.
