Unlimited capsule coffee
The fridge also comes with milk
What? You want me to name a second one.........
If I really have to, it would be seeing lots of people check in and then go buy breakfast again (Does that count as flexibility!?)
Coming here really opened my eyes: "There’s no such thing as very bad, only worse."
Why?
The turnover rate is extremely high, and everyone’s tenure is shorter than the next person’s.
Here, three or six months of tenure already counts as a long time.
You didn’t read that wrong—the unit of measurement really is "months"....
There are frequent meetings.
After each meeting, things change again and need to be revised again; one person is expected to do the work of two.
You also have to follow Dong Nian’s "____"—whatever he tells you to recite, you recite along with him!!
At first, I thought the high turnover depended on the people.
But it turned out to be a company problem. Even when things are clearly busy, they suddenly decide to lay people off.
As long as Dong is pleased, that’s all that matters. Dong’s motto is:
"Only small companies need to hire people with high salaries. We’re a large company, so we can hire people with low salaries."
"We need to save on personnel costs and buy gifts."
"Those things are so simple—I can find them in just a few minutes."
These are things said openly in meetings, so basically, the company does not value its "people" at all.
Overtime pay? Don’t even think about it. If you work until the early hours of the morning, that’s your problem.
Year-end party? Take the day off properly before coming to the year-end party.
Taking leave? You have to report what you’re going to do before you can take leave (including special and compensatory leave).
Leaving work? Write a work journal every day before leaving (Make sure it looks like you have plenty to do!! Otherwise, you’ll be laid off tomorrow.)
Year-end bonus? You only qualify after completing a full year (assuming you can last that long or haven’t been laid off...)
Don’t work in this kind of unstable environment.
It’s truly a waste of life.
Oh, right.
This is my first time writing a review.
That’s all.
I just hope there won’t be any more victims. Amitabha, think twice, benefactor.
