The interviewer (the boss) is very good at chatting and conversation.
He also clearly tells you everything about the company,
and directly explains what kind of talent he is looking for.
He gives you time to ask questions, think, and decide,
to see whether you are a good fit for the company.
Overall, I feel that even if you don't come to this company for an interview,
the boss is still a good senior colleague (?).
It's not really a drawback.
One very important thing is that you need to know what you want
and what kind of work you want to do before coming to interview at this company!
Otherwise, you may feel that you don't know whether you came for an interview or just to chat~
