Pros
The environment is clean, and the company is very new.
Cons
The company is not honest with its customers and often uses evasive wording to gloss over some of their questions. Its attitude toward handling problems is very poor.
There are discrepancies between the itinerary images and the actual itineraries; most of the images are taken from the internet rather than photographed in person.
The employee turnover rate is high.
