The company's office environment looks fairly comfortable.
The company provides applicants with a form to fill out—two full pages in total.
The first page asks for an excessive amount of personal and family background information,
even including family members' national ID numbers.
It is very puzzling.
The second page consists of checkboxes, with a whole lot of questions that feel like attempts to circumvent the Labor Standards Act in advance,
such as one's views on returning to work after unpaid leave, willingness to accommodate adjustments to working hours, willingness to participate in courses after work, and work or leave arrangements for work that one is capable of performing during the medical treatment period for an occupational injury—an entire page of these questions.
During the interview, they also repeatedly ask about marital status and whether the applicant plans to have children.
