1. The customers are very nice, and there is plenty of free time during working hours.
1. The business is mainly busy on holidays, and the boss is short-sighted and focused on immediate gains. If the monthly performance does not meet his expectations, he starts making sarcastic remarks. Even when it does, he will still say it is not enough.
2. He says he does not understand the internet and will give you complete authority to make decisions. However, he loves interfering, repeatedly insisting that your ideas are wrong and his are right. When asked what needs to be improved on his end, he cannot explain and just goes around in circles.
3. His ideas and goals keep changing. It is constantly a guessing game.
