財團法人宜蘭縣社會福利聯合勸募基金會
Pros

Basically none; after being hired, you may be able to contribute to charity.

Cons

1. The interview repeatedly emphasized compliance with the Labor Standards Act, but many of the association’s regulations do not comply with it.

2. You are required to fill out a great many forms containing personal information when reporting for work.

3. When reporting for work, you are required to submit a great deal of documentation, including your complete labor insurance and National Health Insurance records, and even a household registration transcript for your entire household. These must actually be submitted; they are not merely reviewed. When I asked what this had to do with my family since I was the one interviewing and starting work, and whether I could submit only my own documents, I was told that this was simply the association’s policy. What on earth do they need someone else’s household registration transcript for?
