I left several years ago. This is a company that embodies every kind of unreasonableness. Whenever someone complains to me about their company, I can always say, “It’s still much better than Xianchuang.” 🤣🤣🤣

You have to sign in when you arrive at work, so there is no evidence to report violations of labor laws. You almost always leave after 9 p.m.; leaving before 7 p.m. is considered a lack of team commitment. The funny thing is that the boss’s favorite administrative assistant doesn’t work during regular hours, then deliberately stays late to work overtime, claiming it’s because there are too many phone calls during the day. Clearly, this person has work-performance problems, yet is considered an exceptionally good employee.

The people in finance also have poor emotional control and constantly judge you by their mood, as does the boss. Returns are not the administrative assistant’s fault, yet they make things difficult in every possible way. Once, on my second day, I was scolded for not understanding the customers and not knowing how to do sales. (Hello—I had only been there for two days! And I had clearly said during my interview that I did not want to transfer into sales, but that I would do the administrative assistant’s work well.)

Also, I didn’t get a computer until my third day, yet on my fourth day, a manager said that they had asked me to prepare an important quotation and that I hadn’t done it. (Sorry, I had been there for less than a week, and you were asking why I hadn’t completed a quotation from a week earlier.)

My direct supervisor also bullied me verbally. Unfortunately, I didn’t record it; otherwise, I really would have wanted to sue them.

In short, it’s all kinds of overtime, scapegoating, and workplace, verbal, and emotional bullying. Do not join this company under any circumstances—you’ll regret it for the rest of your life.

The negative reviews are all too polite. It should be rated “extremely poor.”
